Indoor “spin” to Coach Troy on DVD – variety of workouts designed
to maintain the cycling strength you’ve gained this summer, improve
your cadence, keep connected with other riders and your bike.

Class Parameters
- Class size limited to 12
- Kinetic Trainers provided by Trailhead
- Cyclists bring their bike, shoes and pedals
- Power Computers required (see below)
- Warm up starts at 4:45 pm
- Class starts promptly at 5:00
- 15 classes – Thursday evenings, schedule adjusting
for Holidays.

Trailhead Cycling and Fitness opens their doors all winter long for spin class. We gladly provide spin bikes or trainers. We ask (in addition to our nominal fees) that you respect the equipment and other riders. Please bring towels, cycling shoes, pedals, shorts and any cycling equipment that make your ride more comfortable. Trailhead Cycling and Fitness asks for a signed medical waiver from each rider and expects each rider to understand the nature of this activity and believe each rider to be qualified, in good health and proper physical condition to participate in this activity. All fees are collected prior to class.
